Hello,

Can anyone help me to tell me where my parcel is?
LL159977686CN
First it said attempt delivery than delivered.
But i didn't got the parcel or any notification.
Postman told me he hasn't the package the postal company
Dont now where parcel is they told me and my neighbour hasnt the parcel too. Where is it? Post office? Lost? At customs?
Thanks for everybody who could help me!

Please contact your local Germany Post office(DHL paket). They made delivery and should know delivery detail.

i have already contact the German Post office (Deutsche Post DHL) but they told me, it is delivered In Hamburg. but i'm come from Stuttgart. They can't give me more detail because private data protection.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute to them and claim refund. tell them that the parcel was delivered to wrong city. you should get your refund.
