http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=US007701294CN shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 13.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

you can not know if it has been delivered. after leaving china, there will be no information for such ordinary small packet.

i mean you can not know the location of this kind of cheap parcel. the only thing you can do is wait until your buyer protection is expiring soon. then open dispute for refund if the parcel can not arrive in time.
