Hi
I sent a parcel from New Zealand back to my supplier in China. This was on the 16 Decemebr 2018. They still dont have it. WHere is it???

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has been held in customs since jan 10. it should have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. receiver might need to pay some duty.
