My parcel was accepted by China post on Jan 3, but nothing changed since then, can you help to check where the parcel is at? CP379498526CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to original post office in 邮政西城区永安路. Not sure return reason. You need contact shipper to ship the goods again or open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
