Last year this time I ordered a parcel and It came 6 days , the seller shipped my parcel a week ago and it hasn't arrived nor is being updated.
When should I open a dispute???

this year shipping is slower than last year. please wait 2 more weeks. if you can not get it by Dec 10, then open dispute.
