my parcel got stuck on november 11th. Activity: "Departure export customs. Location:BEIJING EMS" . Tracking number: LX558841780CN. could you please help me find out if it is still coming or if its lost.

LX558841780CN left china for Mexico on Nov 11. now is rush season. From china to mexico might take 2 to 3 weeks. you can not see new status until Mexico customs releases the parcel to mexico post. this is normal, no need worry.
