Ordered and paid about a week ago, have received no updates as to where my package is now, or estimated delivery time. Tracking number is, LK377382539CN

LK377382539CN is still in original post office. Normally it should move to export customs in 2 to 5 days. I suggest you wait one more week, if the status is still same, you should open dispute for refund.
