Can someone please help me, this package has been posted since the 14th July, and the destination is Mauritius?
last status is Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared since the 17th July.

is the parcel over 2 kgs weight? if yes, it should go through sea which might take up to 6 months.

my mistake, this parcel yes, was sent through sea
the other parcel is CP214062589CN, same problem, almost 33 days
last scan Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared, weight 1kg

In most cases, airmail parcel should begin with letter "R" not "CP". CP parcel can be air or surface, but most of the case is surface.

If your seller want to save money, he can also appoint china post to use surface parcel. So I believe CP214062589CN is surface parcel too. If it was shipped by air, it should have arrived your country one week ago.

your parcel has left china. you can not know exact location when parcel is outside china.
