hello,
iv sent a registered parcel to china almost a month ago and it still hasnt arrived?
here is the tracking info:

1. May I suggest to contact receiver and ask him/her to contact China Post: 11185, to find out where is the parcel, can it be delivered or pick up.

2. But also without the tracking number this is all we can provide from the tracking above.
