Post Where is my parcel???

My parcel was sent from China to the UK and it arrived at the UK Langley Transit Station in January 2016.... I am still waiting for my parcel. Royal Mail have told me to contact the seller on Ali Express and he cannot help me. Please help!!!

1. Possibly your parcel is detained by UK Customs Office:
19/01/16 21:22 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

2. If there is a way for you to contact Customs Office in UK, this might be an alternative.

3. Seller must initiate an investigation to China Post for your parcel.
If seller does not respond to your request then contact Ali Express and explain situation to then.

4. I guess your buyer protection is not valid anymore, if I'm wrong then just open a dispute.

1. To open a dispute you need to go into your Ali Express account, then from there you go to your order, from there you go to the product that you have problem and you should see open a dispute.
