Hi!
Can you please help me with a parcel sent from Frankfurt, Germany to China on 2016-04-30
Package disappeared after customs in Frankfurt.
Tracking number : RE115934320DE

1. This is the tracking I found in Germain Post Office:

RE115934320DE The item was handed over to the International Logistics Center Frankfurt on Apr 30, 2016 to be forwarded to China (People's Rep). Further tracking information is also provided by the website of the country of destination.

2. The parcel in not in China because it has not been scan yet, maybe it is still sitting in the International Logistics Center Frankfurt.

3. When the parcel arrive in China it will be scan by China Post and you will be able to track it.
