Dear Officier,

My parcel with CP033707349TR tracking code has been still waiting in Taiyuan since 06.01.2016 . The target destination is alo Taiyiuan .What is the problem of non -delivery and kindly tell me when the parcel shall be delivered ?

It says that my parcel is back to the Netherlands.
I called the Company where I send the parcel from to China, but they said that they haven't received Anything yet. And it has been a week already that it has been sent back to the Netherlands.

So what is the probleem here?
HELP!!!

is it truly sent back to the Netherland and has it also been received since a week ago in Netherland??

Hello, I sent a package a month ago. The person that supposed to receive it, did not received it yet. It would taken 5-7 workong-days to deliver it to the person that suppose to received it. We are now a month later and it should not take this long. I'm absolutly not happy with this situation, because this is not how it supposed to go. Now is my package lost or what? tracking code: CC053971311NL. Receiver address is: QINGHAI MEOSONODSOP CO LTD, YIJUN LIU A, ROOM 21 XINGHUA ROAD, FUYONG BAOAN SHENZEN, HONG KONG, HONG KONG.

Many china area (over 50% of chines rural district and 10% of city area) are not covered by China Post delivery network. So shipping to China by post mail can not be guaranteed delivery.

the parcel should be delayed by chinese new year holiday rush. If your buyer protection is expiring, ask seller extend the protection or open dispute for lost parcel, otherwise keep waiting.
