Hi. This is my tracking number -RH177000150CN.
The seller said delivery in 7 to 15 days, but since the 21st september the parcel is still at the same place.

Is this normal and how do I know why it stays there?

After parcel left China, its status and location will freeze at its last location for 2 to 6 weeks because none scan the parcel for China Post. It is normal.
