I ordered watches off Aliexpress on the 16th of June. I have had no update since the 21st I think. Could you please help me and find out where it is or whether I should open a dispute with the seller it has been ages and my customer protection will run out shorty. My tracking number given to me is RK244544514CN.

you can not the exact location at this moment. that is why i suggest you open dispute asap.

The last update is "Exchange Bureau in Nanjing, has been exported to open". Do you know what this means? Also do you think because the watches have batteries they would have been picked up and frozen in the system indefinitely.

my address has changed therefore my package will be delivered at a wrong address. How can i inform the china post carrier of my new address?

you can not change address after the parcel is shipped. you should talk to the new owner of your old address and collect the goods for you.

so about how long will the parcel take to reach me I am in South Africa
