RX878248534CN was shipped to UK on Mar 3. It is seriously delayed in Guangzhou. Normally such airmail parcel will arrive UK in 2 to 6 weeks. It might be lost.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you can contact their customer service and open dispute for refund.
