But I can not confirm it really departed China, sometimes I can through other tracking but for your parcel I can not.
3. I have check on Belgium Post site for the parcel and this is what I get:

4. So to me it mean possibly the parcel is On Route to Belgium but did not get there yet or the parcel is in Belgium but the Belgium Post and Customs have not clear your parcel yet.
