Dear sirs
I bought a small projector from viraldevices.com the May of 2018. My packet posted in 6th of September 2018

The tracking number is UN118208180CN but I haven't received it till now (12 July 2019.

Could you tell me where is my packet?

UN118208180CN was shipped more than one year ago. If you have not got it, it should be lost.

but I have read somewhere that the sender Viralaldevices.com is a scam website and no one have received his order.
