Since 08-13-2017 is tracking EA900624323CN still "the consignment has left the border point". Since this date no more information. Can help me? Is this normally?

EA900624323CN left china on Aug 13. normally the parcel should arrive Switzerland in 2 to 3 weeks. It might be lost. I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by Sep 13, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
