A both of them is stuck in Export customs scan why?
2014 11 04 she update to Export customs scan and at today put the same "EXPORT CUSTOMS SCAN"
Why is not update to "sent to airline"?

ECS status does not always change to "sent to airline" status. Sometimes this status will be stuck until you get the goods.

If your parcel has no battery inside, no need worry. wait 2 to 3 more weeks, it will arrive.

Hi. I am from Portugal and I bought one product on ebay and the seller send the product by China post. He give me this tracking number :
006171554709

But the status does not change the long time and I'm starting to get worried. Can you helpe me?

006171554709 is non-register airmail. its tracking result can only shows as Export Security Scan status. no further information will be available. if you can not get it in 5 weeks, you can open dispute to paypal and claim refund easily.
