I ordered a sneakers on November 22 and they shipped on 24 and it’s December 16 and didn’t update my tracking!!!!! More then 16 days without updates??? When they arrive? The tracking number is LY564548385CN please I need for December 25

Your package is still in airline's warehouse, it is waiting for the flight to USA, now is Xmas rush reason, waiting time is very long, I think you shouldn't get it before Christmas.

How is it possible, if that same day I ordered the same ones and they will arrive this Friday! You say that I will not receive them at Christmas?
