Post Where is my package?

The Shop app says that my package was supposed arrive on the 22nd but it hasn’t shown up. I also haven’t gotten any updates since the 21st and the last update says “Outbound flight departed” from Shenzhen. Where is my package right now? Tracking number is LY499930994CN
Please help!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY499930994CN shows your seller just shipped the parcel on Oct 21. Your APP giving "Oct 22 arrival estimate" is 120% a joke.

Normally such epacket will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach USA. You need long time to wait. Be careful of such doubtful shopping website or APP.
