RV494928588CN This is the tracking number. It says it was "sent to airline" in Shanghai on 28 Sept 2020 and since then have passed 3 weeks! The local post in Lima Peru told me I should contact them only when it says "delivered to Serpost". Is it a scam? Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV494928588CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 28. It is still waiting for flight to Peru. Normally waiting time can take 4 to 8 weeks, you need some patient.

Once parcel arrives Peru, Serpost website will show local arrival info.

It made another trip across China and stuck in Zhengzhung since a week now! Will it ever leave to Lima?! Why is it taking so long? It feels like a scam. Should I alert my bank in the US?

The parcel was returned to Zhengzhou. Not sure why it was returned. If this is a paypal/aliexpress order, you can open dispute for refund.
