Hello I wanted to know where my parcel was and how long will it take to arrive to the destination

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LL052921733CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post shenzhen office to UK on Mar 24.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
