Not showing up in any tracking platforms. Please advise.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

I have mentioned in previous reply. RP178622969CN is invalid number. your seller did not ship anything to you. You might be scammed.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI069957961CN shows this parcel arrived USA on Feb 5. USPS should deliver the parcel to your mailbox in 10 to 15 days after parcel arrive USA.

If you can not get it by end of Feb, you need open dispute for lost parcel.
