I sent a package to Shenzhen, China on Dec. 27. It has been held in customs since Jan. 1. Can anyone tell me why the delay? The tracking number is CJ557027239US.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel just arrived China customs on Jan 1. You need call China post hotline 11185 for delivery detail.
