my tracking number is: LA513893040CN
the system said item returned from customers on 7 jan 2019, but i did not receive
any sms, email or phone call.
please help me check, thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF468648148CN shows the parcel was just shipped from Chongqing to Singapore. It is waiting export customs clearance and airline space to Singapore.

Normally you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get such register airmail in Singapore. Please wait some more days.
