I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my package. My tracking number through EMS is EA319137658CN. Please help... nothing has been updated in the tracking since October 29th. How long should I have to wait?

EA319137658CN left china for US on Oct 29. you can not see new status until US customs releases it to USPS. this might take 2 to 4 weeks.

I placed 2 orders the same day from same seller, one got here last week and this one is just sitting somewhere... why is this one taking longer to get to me? Why would customs hold it that long?

I can only tell you that even early shipped parcel arrival time can be much later. This is quite normal.

How do Ii know that it’s not lost or customs took it?

Only if you can not get EMS parcel after 6 weeks of shipment date, you can say it is lost.
