Hi, China post tracking status of my parcel number RF823805706CN shows that it is departed Beijing on 2017-08-02 13:30:00 [GMT+8] but did not reach Kolkata Air port shorting center. Status also not updated since then. Please help me to know where is my parcel.

shipping time from Beijing to India might take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient. The status will not update until it arrives India and passes India customs clearance.

EA310823367CN left China for JFK airport on Jul 19. It should be in New York customs waiting for import processing. Import processing might take 2 to 4 weeks, you might need wait some more time. If you can not get it by Aug 21, open dispute for lost parcel.
