It has almost been a month of waiting and my package has not moved since March 23. Status is frozen on Guangzhou EMS. My parcel that I ordered from Tianjin on April 11 has already made a status update in the United States yesterday, but this one still has nothing. This is getting frustrating. I am about to request a refund.

Tracking number is LK193727604CN. Could US customs have found a problem with this? It is just a plush.

it is normal. In some US airports, customs clearance is extremely slow and caused serious delay. Max time to US might take 40 days.you need some patient.

Alright, but the seller said the goods were shipped on March 23 to Los Angeles, is there a serious delay in their customs, cause the latest delivery day on eBay was April 15

if seller promise the goods can arrive before April 15, you should open dispute to ebay for non-arrival compensation refund.

The online status shows to collect myself as delivery has arrived in UAE. Can you please provide me contact details of where to collect my shipment from in UAE.

This is very urgent

RU706033505CN is in U.A.E Post office. I believe the shipper forgot to put p.o.box number in the parcel and thus parcel can not be delivered. you should contact U.A.E Al Butain Post Office, and pickup the parcel asap. otherwise the parcel will be returned to China.

I am looking for my package that has not been updated on track-chinapost.com since 3/18/17. Tracking number is RU705303872CN

your item has left china, it has arrived in the US, but is in customs at the moment. This is a normal time to wait, as it can take anywhere from a few days to a month. It sometimes dose not say it has arrived in the destination country on tracking information, but believe me it has. This is very common, but don't worry, it will reach you soon, just taking its time, as its a busy job scanning all these parcels through customs each day.
