Its been two weeks and parcel is stuck in the same place. Tracking number is RM712206519CN

1. May I suggest you read this for your parcel:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for USA
On this site:

2. Also please note that the parcel can not be track in USA at the USPS site.

3. Also even if you think that the parcel is stuck at the same place in your case the parcel departed China, look at this tracking:
2016-07-24 14:49 Zhengzhou international shipment
or this one:
2016-07-24 14:49:00.0 郑州international departure
