Post Where is my package?

Hello, I've got an order in from shanghai to germany, but the address I put down isn't approved off (Even if it's a really easy address) When attempting to track the item I get ''Item has arrived in Germany!'' Followed by ''Parcel doesn't have an address in germany''.

Tracking numbers are:

RH294020885CN
RH294020846CN
RJ714667031CN
RH294020789CN

Will it be sent back? Has it already been sent back? Who is currently handling the parcel? Would I be able to get contact information from the current handler?

1. You can track your parcel at this site:
http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/
2. I don't really understand what you are saying in the first paragraph, plus you did not provide that tracking number.
3. The first 3 tracking number can be track.
4. I suspect the last tracking number RH294020789CN is not in the mail yet, or will be soon.

Oh, I'm very sorry for the incoherent babbling. When I attempt to track the parcels in the destination country I'm hit with this: "Parcel.No..etc has no delivery information in germany!" And I'm not entirely sure of what that entails. :(

I'll try the link you provided once I get home, thanks for all your help

hello, recently ordered an item from AliExpress! Tracking Number is: RS027942895CN
Last Message was this : Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
what does "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan" mean? Does it mean my item is on its way to Singapore? I am very confused someone please help me!

it has not left china yet. based on my experience, you might need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get this parcel.
