Hello

Here is my tracking number

LK683007822CN

It has been "processed though sort facility" in HANGZHOU, China. It's been there since November 18th. It's now December 2, over ten days. I paid for the quickest possible shipping. What's taking so long? Why is it stating in one location?

now is rush season, shipment might be one or two weeks longer than regular season. no need worry at this moment.

My tracking number is RN093524759CN. I see information only until 2015.10.21. So were is my package?

the parcel should have left china on Oct 21. in this rush season, parcel will keep travel another 5 weeks after it left china and you can not see new status during the time.
