http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel status " import customs cleared", normally this is a bad news which means the parcel was returned or rejected from export customs.

If I were you, I will open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

Hi I recently purchased two highlighters from China. It's been over two weeks of waiting since I ordered for the tracking to show. Today I woke up and it told me (Rejected) Zhengzhou rejected? But less than an hour later it says it will be going international. Well I'm international so does that mean it's still coming? I'll be so happy honestly I wanted to cry when I saw that it was refused. It's powder NOT liquid so it should have gotten through. Tons of people are ordering the same thing I am....and they receive it. Anyway tracking number is RM739939742CN. Please help me. And if anyone knows where the thread is for people that got rejected but still got there packages, please let me know. :(
