RB431638536CN was returned from Czech Republic on Oct 16. It is now in original China Post office in Hangzhou. You should ask your seller to refund you money.

Can you tell me what is going on with my packages? They both should be in the USA by now but they aren't. So can someone please explain what is going on before file a dispute about both my orders?
