Hi!

I would like to know where is my order. Since 2016-12-03 still stuck in Malasya post office. Track Number: LP00064800204016

Bellow is the details:

Brazil - Destination Country

1. Your parcel has left Malaysia transit country on 03 Dec to your country Brazil. So your parcel is On Route/In Transit.

2. If I'm not mistaken you will not see anymore tracking for your parcel.

3. Now it up to Brazil Post Office to deliver your parcel just like a normal letter to you.

4. You should contact seller if you did not receive your parcel because I don't know how many days he said to you that the parcel will be deliver. Your parcel possibly for Brazil Post is the last priority.

why has my shippment still saying the same since the 18th?

Parcel No.71778649795 tracking result
2016-12-18 14:23:40.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

2. The above parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track in China and has limited tracking.

3. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter.

4. There is a good chance that you will not see anymore tracking for your parcel from now on.

Is there anyway to get a tracking number for the US?

1. When you buy again in China and you want to follow your parcel up to your home, then you need to ask for what is call an E Packet parcel.

2. It can cost between $2 to maybe $5 more, but you will be able to follow the parcel from China to USA and in US with the USPS site.
