I ordered on Jan 29th and the tracking # LW092815640CN states the following:

2019-03-07 05:32:27 arrive 中国post Express logistic 股份有限Co. 湖北省international parcel 交换station .

Today is March 11, 2019 and I do not know where my order is. Please help.

Your seller delayed shipment over one month. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW092815640CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to US on Mar 5.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
