My tracking number is RI799777826CN. The status has been stuck on leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport for 16 days. What happened. I live in the USA so long should it take?

delivery to usa can take 10 up to 60 days (normally 20-30 days)

the status "leaving Guangzhou" means parcel left china, until US Customs checks the package you won't see any tracking update
