parcel number starting with "CP" and ending with "CN" is China Post surface parcel(also called land/ocea/air combine parcel). In most of the time, it travel through sea or land. processing and status updating is very very slow. it might take up to half year to arrive.

I am waiting for my item to arrive in Spain, I just want to understand what the information displayed means. It says that the item has been left by the post office.The tracking nomber is
RG238065806CN . Please look what happend ..I need the item

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped in Nov 2015, normally it should arrive Spain in 30 days. If you can not get the parcel after 45 days, it should be lost. You need open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for non-arrival order refund.
