from 8th october 2014 item #RI077862069CN was saying Export Security Scan, it is now the 20th october. whats the location please....thank you

RI077862069CN should be stuck and wait for airline space. You can wait another 2 weeks and then track it again. If no change of status, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
