http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was just sent to airline. normally it will take another 2 to 4 weeks to reach Germany.

Hello! my tracking number is RD008054203CN. Last update is 3 october "Export of international mail". The seller says "wait and be patient"- I think there is a probleme. Can You say anything?
