Post where are my parcels

Hi this is my first time using ali express & e-packet so i m not really sure what's going on i was told it would take 5-10days 12daysMAX for the UK! I have 3 packages that are supposed to all be fulfilled by e-packet. 2 have been the same for a week and one dose not even show up. dose anybody know if i can get an update on my packages as i have to plan when to be at home to get them

both parcels were shipped in the end of Feb, you should get them in mid of March.

Hi... can you check my tracking number where is my parcel i check before one week just showing electronic information has been received.just here stack not updating please check.thank you

electronic information has been received means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post but does not actually ship anything yet.

Hi, can you say what is happening with my parcel ? Have 18 days in just posting state and I think that it's not normal, do you ?

the parcel should be delayed in China. Wait one more week, it you can not get it by march 15, you should open dispute to ebay.
