Post Where are my 2 packages?

I sent 2 boxes of items to Thailand . Tracking no. CP309610719CN and CP309610784CN .
They were posted on 31/12/2015 . I have not received them as of 25/01/2016.
They were sent air mail. I cannot understand or follow the tracking system. Could someone please help me

Tracking says those 2 parcels were returned back to you on today (as customs rejected them)

2016-01-10 07:55:18.0 Shanghai Transit Station rejected
2016-01-10 07:55:34.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-01-13 07:20:57.0 arrive 南city 投递dept. delivery office
2016-01-13 08:06:16.0 南city 投递dept. attempt delivery
2016-01-13 09:57:21.0 arrive 南city post dept. delivery office
2016-01-25 15:20:42.0 南city post dept. delivered
