Admin , could you give some answer to my earlier questions ?
Last actualisation is from half of the July month
Parcel - has the same status since 24.05.2024 !!!!

you need to open dispute to your bank and claim refund from Banggood. No other solution.

So the main question is - is it possible , if they will never contat with you , to resend my parcel - back to PL ?

if you have printed return address in the parcel and receiver does not make customs clearance after certain time, the parcel will be returned to Poland.

hard to estimate return time. Normally 2 to 4 months.

and is it possible to coordinate the return shipment ? Because according to the site , the shipment arrived at the customs office on May 24, 2024 - that is almost three months ago and as I assume, no one on the part of the recipient , up to now even bother to contact the office .
