Hi Guys
What's wrong with my package?
Why have you been in the mail terminal for over a month?
The recipient claims to have paid for everything and is still waiting for the shipment - this is a refund of the purchased goods. - parcel No : CP296587268PL

CP296587268PL is waiting for duty payment from receiver. He has never made custom clearance and duty payment.

shipment is a claim return to the seller
does he have to pay these fees?
Everything was marked on the package.

I believe the seller doesn't want to accept the parcel. So he didn't make customs clearance.

You need to report to your bank and claim refund.

Did someone from Banggood Co. - firm - contacted with your post , to explain the situation ?
They inform me that someone will do this - but ... I dont believe them.

And the second question is - is it possible , if they will never contat with you , to resend my parcel - back to PL ?
