Hi,

In my tracking number(RH083683937CN)-(Location ALTIAA AL) says that Arrival at inward office of exchange (2014-11-25), but I don't know if the item is in the way to Albania, or is in the way to my country Kosovo.
From Albania to Kosovo to bring something takes 3 hours, if anyone know the answer tell me please. Today is 10 Decembar and if this item is in albanian custom than 25 days passed and i have not still this item.

P.S The location is ALTIAA(AL means albania) (TIAA means Tirana the city of Albania), i don't know is the item is going on the way to Kosovo, or is in the way to com Albania.

RH083683937CN is in the hand of Albania Post in Tirana. I am not sure Kosovo and Albania are using same postal system or not. But you need to find some way to contact Albania Post.
