I want to know which exact post is it and can it be tracked in the destination country?

LP00063521025015 is Aliexpress own logistic company. You should ask seller how to check it.

LP00063521025015 is not DHL or EMS, you should ask seller how to track it. If seller did not use courier, you should open dispute to aliexpress for compensation as he did not honor the contract.
