tracking number is RF119043632CN
when i try to track in this web site the result is:

Date/Time Location/Status
2015-11-14 14:09:37.0 Electronic Data Received

but in some other web sites the status is "in transit" but without the destination country.
I have tried to contact the seller in aliexpress but he is not writing back. (the shop have a good feedback).

please tell me if its really shippet or not.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result " Electronic Data Received". this means your seller only applied a tracking number from china post but never ship anything to you. you should open dispute against fraud shipment and claim refund from seller.
