your parcel was returned to Guangzhou. you should open dispute to seller and claim refund.

Hi there can anybody help me? i buy something in china and i dont understand it anymore. i think my stuff is already in amsterdam but know they say is still in china this is my track & tracenr RM712208069CN

1. Your parcel was ship from China to Amsterdam on:

2. Your parcel was possibly refuse entry in the Netherlanders (Amsterdam) and was returned back on:

3. Now your parcel is traveling back to the seller:

4. You should contact seller and give him the full scan of your parcel and tell him the parcel is returning back to him and you don't know the reason. Try to have an arrangement with him about your parcel.
