LT402863322CN is the package number. Where is it and when is it arriving? I kinda need it for April 17th

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT402863322CN shows the parcel is seriously delayed in Wuhan. Not sure the delay reason.

You might need another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in US.

less than 30% chance to get it by April 17.
