It seems to be jumping back and forth through customs, and the last few updates have me worried that customs is sending it back to my seller.

Any advise on what they mean?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP287445916CN was returned to shipper in Shenzhen on Jun 29. you can not get it anymore.

Open dispute to seller for refund asap.
